Allergens In Foods
Our bodies react to both, internal and external allergens. Most people with auto-immuno disorders or allergies find that their condition is greatly influenced by foods in their diet. And first and foremost, diet is the key to solving the puzzle of most allergy symptoms (asthma, eczema, psoriasis (and to a smaller extent), milder forms of alopecia and the like).
In order to definitively determine which foods to avoid, the best thing to do would be to have a blood allergy test which can determine which specific foods may complicate your allergies, eczema, or psoriasis and the like. This will save a lot of guess work.
